Summary: Short Time Entry Bot filter out work type and work role

Description: The short time entry bot needs to have an ability to filter out work roles or work types to allow using follow up or dispatch type entries.

Why: Stop the bot from alerting on valid time entries such as dispatch or follow up vm’s that do not take 5 mins.

Priority: High
