Summary: choose the correct Office 365 account on login
Description: I have multiple Office 365 user accounts, but don’t get to choose which account I want when logging into MSPBots. Have to use multiple web browsers or private windows to login as different accounts.

That’s a good suggestion, currently, we use the most recently signed-in O365 account as the default login. For the short term, you can try to visit office.com, select the correct one, then go to https://app.mspbots.ai to get into the right o365 account for MSPbots.
In the long term, I will ask the Dev team to offer the option for you to choose which O365 account you want to log in to.
