Summary: Integration with Slack

Why: We use slack internally for chat already

@Joel_Kino We had the plan for the Slack, but based on the survey, most of MSP that was/is using Slack moved or planning to move to Teams, so we dropped the slack integration plan last October. Based on what happened last year, most MSPs are getting Teams for “free” with their partner program, we currently have no plan to do a slack integration for Slack.
