Description: Integrate to pull data from the Switchvox phone/communication system API
Why: I want a dashboard where I can view call queue status and current calls status. I also want to be able to create reports based on call queue data, call logs, etc.

Right now Switchvox is not in our roadmap BUT we are not saying we will not do it. We prioritize our integrations for development depending on demand and we will certainly keep you looped in. Please take note of the ticket number HELP-3041 viewable at our support website (support.mspbots.ai).
