Summary: On Call rotation Bot
Description: Admin would be able to create and set a schedule to notify techs through Teams via certain events like Network Device or Server Offline, typically by receiving the offline alerts from Connectwise or Datto from either a new ticket generation or from an RMM trigger that generates an email into the bot which then sends it to the member on call through a Teams notification. Would be nice to route based on priority since you can use tags in the ticket generation from the RMM.
Why: The on call rotations out there are horrible to manage and I feel on call is vital to an MSP and should be automated.
