Why: By viewing the call history, we can improve the customer service provided to our clients

Hi Tyler, 3cx API is kind of tricky when we looked at it last time, they are not using standard REST API. Looks like we will have to develop an agent that is installed on your local server to get the data. It is definitely in our roadmap, but due to the difficulty and not enough people requesting it, so it is a low priority. We will add you to the wait list and let you know as soon as we are ready to develop it.
