Summary: I would like a bot for Kaseya BMS that alerts the user at 9am Monday-Friday if they haven’t completed the previous days timesheet
What problem/s will this bot address? It will hopefully remind my engineers to complete their timesheets on time and a bot that reminds them of this would be very useful, as there isn’t anything native in Kaseya BMS that does this

When should this bot be triggered? If at 9am the previous days timesheet is less than 7.5 hours, then send a message.

What happened? Dear , you have not yet completed the previous days timesheet. Please update it ASAP!
What should the recipient be asked to do? Recipient should update their timesheet
Why should the recipient do it? It means that we can get accurate billing for our customers!
