Summary: I am in need of a dashboard that shows the time spent and the number of certain types of tickets on a daily, weekly monthly basis on a certain type of ticket.
The business use case: I am trying to find a way to track the times we spend on security alerts, automated system alerts from vendors etc. I need a way to add tickets to this search by keywords that come in the title, what profile generated the alert, and possibly from keywords that might show up in the body itself. the goal is to track the number and amount of time spent on tickets of this nature on a daily, weekly monthly basis. Need this to see where we are spending too much on certain alerts so that we might be able to find better ways to handle and know our capacity for these things. Would be nice to be able to see the total numbers and then modify them via a filter to sort out the specifics. Please let me know if you need any more clarification on this
