Release 1.41 brings in a lot of updates to increase the performance of the app and improve its usability and your experience by enhancing existing features and unveiling new ones. Some of the new features include a whole new List View which introduces a cooler way to manage your bots, widgets and reports. We also added more features in our widget setups to give you greater flexibility in presenting your data and more!

Highlights:

  • Physical servers have been added to support almost real-time data synchronization for all the tenants of MSPBots application.
  • Different servers have been set up to keep a year worth of data and data cleaning services has been deployed to improve the performance.
  • User Enhancements have been made on the Bot detail page.
  • Improvement on the user experience by adding an underlined link to the Bot Name to indicate that the users can click on it.
  • Improved the user interface by updating the Icons of the Widget.
  • Added a coloured-rule for non-numeric data on the Widgets.
  • Created a Widget to display all the integrations that has a permission error.
  • Enhancement on the user interface of the Widget page to support grid view.
  • Enhancement on the user interface of the Report page to support grid view.
  • Enhancement on the user interface of the Bot page to support grid view.
  • Maintain the addition, deletion, and modification of mapping fields in the database table.
  • Improve the frequency and accuracy of synchronous data of the MSPbots application.
  • Synchronized data and migrated historical data into a new database table.
  • Created automation to synchronize data of the integration.
  • Utilization Report analysis have been added on the tenants accounts.
  • Fixed a bug where the sending frequency alert of Bots are not working.
  • Designed the Bots list view page to enhance the user interface.
  • Improved the synchronization of data to reduce the frequency of API calls to Client’s data.
  • Fixed a bug where Bot alerts are not being sent to the client specified Teams channel.
  • Fixed the error when clicking on the line drill-through on the Widget.
  • Optimized the loading time of the MSPbots application.
  • Fixed an error when switching views (List or Grid) on the Bot, Reports, Widgets and Datasets page.
  • Fixed an error on the user interface when the Bot name is too long.
  • The Widgets search filter “Last Modified By” drop-down menu options have been sorted alphabetically.
  • The Widgets search Sort field drop-down menu items now have a checkmark to identify which sort by option has been selected.
  • The Widgets and Bot sort by the owner, and read, received, and read count feature on list view has been fixed.
  • The spacing between the Bots READ / RECEIVED / READ numbers on list view has been increased.
  • The text and button colors of the Bots list view has been updated to match the MSPbots style.
  • Fixed the issue where some widgets are not showing when switching from grid to list view and selecting “Show All Integration”.
  • Fixed the issue where bots and widgets are not showing after clicking Show all integration then clicking Hide unconnected integration on their respective list view.
  • Fixed the issue where the Bot status is not getting displayed when the Bot name is too long on the list view.
  • Fixed the issue where the Next Ticket Utilization Reminder Bot Design mode is not working when the bot is opened from the list view.
  • Increased the pixel of the sort drop-down options checkmark in the list view.
  • Fixed the issue where logical operator equal to is available as both “=” and “Equal” when setting up the widget’s conditional formatting.
  • Fixed the issue where the user is redirected to the bot details page instead of the bot listing page after deleting the bot.
  • Fixed the issue where the bot name and header do not match after renaming the bot.
  • Fixed the issue where the MS Teams icon is not showing on the Reports list view.

[HOTFIX 1]

  • Fixed the issue where Accounting Mapping values overflows the characters into a second line in the dropdown list when it is too long.
  • Switched the User and Role Tabs on Switch Client feature for easier usability and sorted roles to see admin users on top.
  • Added Tooltips for Edit, Delete and Clone buttons on Reports, Widgets, Datasets and Bots.
  • Fixed a bug where user role field doesn’t reflect the selected roles correctly upon new report creation.
  • Fixed a bug where a ticket’s Resolved by field is not syncing properly.
  • Fixed a bug where database in not synced with API due to server issues.
  • Fixed a bug where linked widgets count on datasets not reflecting as expected.
  • Fixed a bug where the utilization report Exclude feature on Settings is causing all details on the report to disappear.
  • Fixed a bug where the tab clicked after navigating from utilization report settings disappears after clicking back to the settings tab.
  • Fixed a bug where cloning in reports prompts no role is selected upon clicking Continue.
  • Fixed a bug where multiple Microsoft Teams appearing when clicking Show All Integrations on Reports Tab.
  • Fixed an issue where admin/user can only View and Clone operations when viewing template-level reports.
  • Fixed the issue where the user’s name is the one showing instead of the Owner of the Widget/Dataset/Report.
  • Fixed a Defect where cloned reports becomes Template Type instead of Custom Type.

[HOTFIX 3]

  • Added an option in Utilization Setting to exclude members on the report who have does not meet a defined time entry count for the last 30 days.
  • Fixed a bug where database in not synced with API due to server issues.
  • Updated the dataset input text box to make the Role field a required field.
  • Fixed a bug where the app loads indefinitely when clicking the Continue button directly without populating required fields upon creation of a new report.
  • Fixed a bug where roles for datasets, widgets and reports are not subjected to permission control.
  • Fixed an issue where data sync issues affect firing of bot alerts.
  • Fixed an issue where Boolean values/equivalent status is reflected as an integer on Widgets.

[HOTFIX 4]

  • Fixed a bug where color bar widget legends don’t match the actual parameter upon hovering the bar.
  • Bumped up performance of heavy widgets to make them load faster.
  • Fixed a bug where no data is showing on widget drill through.
  • Fixed a bug where the line graph breaks when values hit zero instead of going down completely.
  • Fixed a bug where database in not synced with API due to server issues.
  • Fixed an issue when creating new bots by admin where the default business type is Template instead of Custom.

[HOTFIX 5]

  • Fixed a bug where Copid Share link from a widget does not match the actual widget link.

  • Fixed a bug where the latest data are not showing on the dataset table while on data grid view showing 100 rows per page.

  • Fixed an issue triggering overlapping time entry bot even overlapping time is already deleted.
  • Fixed an issue where uploading a File doesn’t show filename and upload progress.
  • Fixed an issue where BOT drill through on Ready, Received and Read message doesn’t display data.

  • Fixed a data sync issue for client LibertyTech where some tickets have date resolved in API but none in prod DB.
  • Fixed a data sync issue for client CloudIT where some tickets show value in the API for resplan skipped minutes field but not in prod DB.
  • Fixed a data sync issue for client CloudIT where API and prod DB show different values in the Resolved By field for some tickets.
  • Fixed a data sync issue for client DigitalSeattle where data for some IDs in the Reports Schedule is not updated.
