Scheduled Past Due

I am not finding anything on this however. We are looking for the ability to alert users in teams from a connectwise manage ticket that if they have passed the scheduled time on the ticket it alerts them.

@Dereck_Radford , I noticed that you just linked ConnectWise Manage today, the first data synchronization could take a couple of hours for the data to sync. Please check back tomorrow to see if the reports and bots are working.
