[Feature Request] Ability to Use Sick and Holiday Time {In Backlog}

Ability to mark partial time off using both sick and holiday tags. Helpful to make the Attendance less of just an in-out board and more of a full timesheet tracking app.

@Stephen_Monk, We can create a table to record the PTO and holidays so the bots know that employees are not supposed to work in those time frames.
