The attendance app’s ticket number is hard to read against a neon green background. I found an option to change the colors for the attendance status colors. Can you add an option that allows us to change the ticket number’s background color please?

I found something in your KB that shows the color for the Ticket Number / Time Spent section follows the configuration in your PSA. It will change when you change the color settings in your PSA. If that is locked, can we change the font color instead?

The easiest way is to change the color in your Connectwise Prioirty color here:

If that won’t work, I can ask our dev team to see if they can add the code to auto-adjust the color based on the background, since there are different background colors based on different priorities.
