Summary: Alert on a time entry without an agreement - custom alert
What problem/s will this bot address? We check time entries to ensure those with agreements have agreements applied to the time entry. We cannot use the ConnectWise Manage Attached Agreement Prompt bot because some clients are time and materials which means they do not have an agreement. We do not want to generate a false alarm and alert for these clients. We have a rudimentary filter that excludes these companies now but I would like to exclude by a company status instead so I can exclude “Client - Time & Materials” from a filter. That scales and allows us to spend more time on clients and less time correcting issues such as this.
We do not apply agreements to the Administrative or Sales departments. This applies only to the Service or Professional Services boards. We would want to filter by company status to exclude Client - Time & Materials as well.

What happened? Dear , you have a time entry that did not have an agreement applied.
What should the recipient be asked to do? Please open the ticket and check to see if an agreement is selected. Please apply the agreement if it is not listed. Next, please click the time tab and apply the agreement to your time entry.
Why should the recipient do it? Failure to apply the agreement to the time entry can lead to billing problems for the client.
