Summary: I would like a bot that would send out a summary reminder of tickets where the resource schedule is past due. I’m thinking it could go out ever day at 8:30AM.
What problem/s will this bot address? Teammates are forgetting to write set their scheduled resource time.

When should this bot be triggered? If 8:30 AM, then send a message.
Where do you want to send the message? Teams - Specific User/s

What happened? You have past due scheduled resources
What should the recipient be asked to do? Update their tickets and get the resource scheduled appropriately.
Why should the recipient do it? Keeping tickets up to date is important.
