Summary: Idle Bot
What problem/s will this bot address? If a tech is marked as IN, and they are IDLE for more than 10 minutes, alert them via Teams Private chat to please either change a ticket to In Progress or use NT command.
Is there any dashboard that you are using today to address this problem? no
When should this bot be triggered? If user is IN and is IDLE for more than 10 minutes, then send a message.
Where do you want to send the message? Teams - Specific User/s
Details of the message to be sent if the bot is triggered:
What happened? , you have been idle for 10 minutes.
What should the recipient be asked to do? Please change the ticket you are working to In Progress or request a NextTicket.
Why should the recipient do it? This will let the Service Coordinators know what you are currently working on.
