Summary: Dashboard for Account Management. Example of a view that is helpful but dashboard:

  • Time Invoice Amounts $ (Invoice Type = Standard AND Sales Order # = Empty AND Project / Phase = EMPTY) (12 months)

    The business use case: For Account Manager to view the following for Account Management activities:
  1. Trends on billed time and invoice amounts for Agreements, Projects, Billable Service, Products.
  2. Total number of users (contacts) for a company.
  3. Total number of workstations, laptops, servers, network devices, storage devices, etc.
  4. Upcoming expiries (Agreement and Configuration).

    Do you have reports that exist in another app/software? no
