Summary: Dashboard for Account Management. Example of a view that is helpful but dashboard:
- Time Invoice Amounts $ (Invoice Type = Standard AND Sales Order # = Empty AND Project / Phase = EMPTY) (12 months)
The business use case: For Account Manager to view the following for Account Management activities:
- Trends on billed time and invoice amounts for Agreements, Projects, Billable Service, Products.
- Total number of users (contacts) for a company.
- Total number of workstations, laptops, servers, network devices, storage devices, etc.
- Upcoming expiries (Agreement and Configuration).
