Summary: I need a Project Management Dashboard:
Top:
Last Month total amount invoiced for project work. (Using Project ID not blank on invoicing data targeting the previous month the to current month)
The business use case: Top:
-Last Month total amount invoiced for project work. (Using Project ID not blank on invoicing data targeting the previous month the to current month)
-Last Month Hours spent on Project tickets VS Total working hours spent by all Project Team members (line or bar graph (Curtis, Jacob, Daisy, Ken, Karm, Raj, Michael, Sahib, Aman, Dan, Paul, Josef, Sean, Jeric)
-This Month totals of the widgets above
-This Year totals of the widgets above
-RAID Log widget (I have a nice excel doc with this data currently and I’m manually updating so let me know if you have any questions on this widget): A line graph showing open (tickets in a issue status) and closed project issues (Tickets that were in an issue status but are no longer) , with sortable columns underneath.I need Company, Project Ticket #, Summary,Status, OPENED ON (when was the status flagged), OPENED BY (who was the status flagged by) Escalation Technician (if present) Assigned To (Owner) RESOLVED ON(When did the status move from the issues status CLOSED BY(Who moved the status) Action Notes (the notes on the ticket (time entries, diuscssion, internal resolution notes) KeyDecision/Actions(Tasks), Age of the ticket, How long the issue status has been selected

Do you have reports that exist in another app/software? yes
How is that dashboard accessed? Excel
What is the most important information in that dashboard? Invoicing totals, Hours totals, Automating the RAID log, I would really like, but if we can get the top parts resolved sooner, then we can spend some time developing the rest
