Summary: Infrastructure Management Team KPI Reporting Dashboard
The business use case: We need a dashboard to collect data from ConnectWise Manage and Cloud Radial (If possible), to generate some KPI numbers on a weekly basis which our executive team requires
The dashboard should include the following:
-Total number of onsite visits in a weekly period (Wednesday morning to Tuesday night), There are 2 new fields we just added to our tickets. “Scheduled Onsite Visits” & “Reactive Onsite Visits”, these are numerical fields. We’d want to add up both of these fields across all tickets. Also would want to see the breakdown of the scheduled vs reactive onsite visits. This would be preferably expandable to show which clients had the onsite visits if possible
-Average tickets per technician per week - the total number of closed tickets on the ConnectWise service board “Proactive” each week (Wednesday morning to Tuesday night), divided by 10 technicians.
-Assessments completed per week - The total number of assessments completed in Cloud Radial each week (Wednesday morning to Tuesday night). Preferably expandable to show which clients had the assessments if possible
