Summary: Would like to see the ability to apply a global filter to an entire dashboard. For example create widgets that list ticket data, technician data, etc and then be able to apply a “Company/Client” menu
The business use case: This would allow a quick way to have 1 set of widgets/metrics on a dashboard but allow me to look at those metrics/info/widgets for each client 1 at a time without building multiple dashboards and applying the “company” filter to each widget. This would also allow me to create 1 widget instead of 60+ widgets when the only thing changing would be the “company” filter. How is that dashboard accessed? Power Bi
What is the most important information in that dashboard? Summary of tickets opened, tickets closed, hours spend on a ticket, date opened, date closed, age of ticket
