Summary: Approval or notification for rejecting tickets.
Description: Can we add a feature that when a tech rejects a ticket it should send a notification to a manager or dispatcher and require them to approve it? Or even sending a notification itself to a manager saying tech xx just rejected xx ticket and provided xx reason.
Why: I found that some techs reject tickets without a valid reason, just cherry-picking.
