Summary: Clone Template
Description: Please add an option to clone/copy templates for other updating reasons
Why: Spending the time to re-create an entire template that just needs slight tweaks form an existing template is tedious.

@Delaney_Smith, I assume that you are talking about the next ticket template? If yes, we are talking about moving the current setting page from the setting menu directly to the Template dropdown box, as we did in the filter dropdown menu, which will have edit, clone, and delete functions.
