Summary: Daily “NextTicket” snapshots

Description: I’d like to see a “start of the morning” snapshot for end users for what their next ticket lineup looks like for their filters and points assigned to them by the template. I think this would go to their personal MSPBot chat and to a manager/another chat or even an email.

Why: It’s critical that everyone is on the same page and we track how NextTicket is being utilized. Most of my team doesn’t work from the webversion so it does skew the utilization rate for next ticket to me.

Priority: Medium

@Delaney_Smith , I assume that you want a bot to send certain people the message at a certain time, can you help to get a more detailed design? When, who, and what the message should look like? Thanks!
