Summary: I would like our service desk staff to be able to change templates and filters from the MSPBots teams app
Description: Rather than the emphasis being on the Service Desk manager to update the filters for our staff, as they do move between different customer sites and thus change which service desk queue they are part of, it would be good if you could do something like this in teams:
nt filter ← This would return the filter that you have been assigned
nt template ← This would return the template that you have been assigned
nt filter list ← Return a list of all available filters
nt template list ← Return a list of all available templates
nt filter update xxxx ← Where xxxx is the name of the filter you want to update yourself to
nt template update xxxx ← Where xxxx is the name of the template you want to update yourself to
