Summary: Option for admins to extend the amount of time that a tech is not given a ticket after it is rejected, or to remove it from being suggested to them completely.
Description: Options in the NextTicketManager admin console to enter a custom amount of minutes before a technician will be suggested a rejected ticket again. Currently it is locked to 60 minutes but our workflow would benefit from having a higher number.
An option to exclude that ticket from being offered to that technician completely after being rejected.
Why: Our technicians may not be eligible for a ticket or there may not be more work to be done on that ticket at this time. We are happy with the priority rules and values and would rather not change them.
