To which integration/function area is this feature request related? Next Ticket

Summary: Automate NextTicket with a bot that assigns weight, looks at technicians queues and notes number of tickets and total weight, then assigns to the appropriate tech.

What problem/s will this bot address? NextTicket being a manual process is fine for a technicians personal queue, but for the purpose of triage and assignment of the unassigned queues a manual process doesn’t make sense, not for an MSP. This bot will automate the daily grind of getting tickets assigned, properly. I understand this will take write-back functionality. I suppose in the meantime a bot could still be automated to alert a tech that “hey, it’s ticket o’clock, here’s the next ticket we want you to pick up” instead of a tech manually typing in /nt.

Is there any dashboard that you are using today to address this problem? no

When should this bot be triggered? If every 30 minutes for L1, every 60 minutes for L2… or when a team lead kicks it off, IDK yet, then send a message.
