Summary: i need a bot to send reminders of service calls added to the tickets
What problem/s will this bot address? the techs never remember to call the user, they are not receiving any reminder of this service call

When should this bot be triggered? If Service_call ADDED into a ticket then send a reminder via teams , then send a message.
