Summary: I would like a bot that sends a teams message to stuart@cubittech.com when a ticket will breach in 10 minutes. This message should only be sent once.
What problem/s will this bot address? SAL about to breach
Is there any dashboard that you are using today to address this problem? no
When should this bot be triggered? If 10 minutes before first response sla is about to breach, then send a message.
Where do you want to send the message? Teams - Specific User/s

What happened? SLA Breach in 10 Minutes
What should the recipient be asked to do? Please goto this ticket {{Ticket Number}}
Why should the recipient do it? This is so that we meet the SLA requirments

Description of this bot: Alerts engineers to pick up a ticket that may breach First Response SLA (10 mins)
