Is it possible to add a scaling negative weight to Waiting On Contact tickets? Like if it’s in waiting on client status, deduct 1000. If it’s in WOC for 2 days, deduct 2000, 5 days -5000, 9 days -9000, 14 days -14000? I cannot imagine a single ticket that should be worked on while in WOC when we haven’t heard from the client in 14 days.
